Any moment Any thing can change..

One day, you will realize that how much i loved you.. One day, I will face life with all my strength.. One day, everything will come to an end.. One day, I’ll have the power within me conquer my fear.. One day, people will understand me and come to terms with the reason of my existence.. One day, people who played and backstabbed me will kneel before me.. One day, they'll ask for forgiveness knowing my worth.. One day, I’ll b the most talked about.. One day, I’ll b loved like I’ve never been done before experiencing excruciating pain with a monotonous joy and superfluous contempt.. One day, I’ll establish my supremacy and a right against all odds.. One day, I’ll enact a new law.. One day, I’ll be able to say that I finally found myself.. One day, I’ll believe in the oneness of God.. One day, everyone’s gonna trust me and I’ll become what I always wanted to.. One day, all the sorrows will disappear and I’ll finally breathe again.. One day, he'll get frustrated and angered enough and leave me.. One day, he'll return back to me and we'll exchange vows again.. One day, I’ll be crowned the 'Queen' and he the 'King'.. One day, my all prayers will come into effect.. One day, we’ll be one and the whole world will bless us! This is dedicated to that One Day which is yet to come in MY life !!!!

Random Disarray

Random Disarray is a phrase which describes my life so well! Life in disarray as I do my best to be a daughter, a sister, a scrapbooker, a lover, a friend and all that I've learnt in life so far.....

  • After awhile, you learn the difference, the subtle difference between the hands and to fetter a soul.
  • Learn that love does not support itself, and that company does not always mean security and promises are often kept.
  • Begin to accept your defeats with your head up and eyes ahead with the grace of an adult and not with the sadness of a child.
  • Build all your roads on today because tomorrow's ground is too uncertain for plans, and the future has the habit of falling in the middle range.
  • Learn that no matter how much you care, some people simply do not care.
  • Accept that no matter how good is a person, it will hurt him from time to time and you must forgive him for that.
  • Speak out so that it can relieve emotional pain.
  • Believe that true friendship continues to grow even over long distances.
  • Experience that patience requires a lot of practice.
  • Maturity has more to do with the types of experience that was and what you learned from them, than with how many birthdays you celebrated.
  • Learn that you should never tell a child that dreams are nonsense; few things are so humiliating and would be a tragedy if he believed it.
  • Learn that you have the right to be angry, but that does not give you the right to be cruel.
  • Learn that no matter how many pieces your heart was broken, the world does not stop for you to fix.
  • Discover that it takes a while to build trust and only seconds to destroy it, and what you can do things in a moment of which is regret for the rest of life.
  • Discover that sometimes the person you expect to kick, when you fall is one of the few to help you get up.
  • Discover that it is not always enough to be forgiven by someone, sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.
  • Think that time is not something that can go back. So plant your garden and decorate your soul, rather than wait for someone to bring flowers.
  • In the end, learn that you are really strong. Can go much further. And that really has value to life and it's the time when you are ready to face life.

Maybe you will have everything you could possibly want more than you could ever imagine. who knows where life will take you? The road is long, and the final destination is one's own journey. Have fun, Cheers!

Me Vs. Myself - My 1st Attempt at Poetry!

With strength I burn,
Tearing open my scars as I run.
In the darkness lies my spirit,
Illuminated by the Night, Burning bright.
Lonesome yet Happy,
Insisting on being let free.
Laying on my bed, watching the sky,
Pleading'em to give me a reason to fly.
The night pass'd, now it was dawn,
Deep in sleep, I let out a yawn.
I watched my clear reflection in the water,
As I stepped out of my house, without a bother.
I felt a flash of fever, drenched in rain,
Praying to God but in vain.
I dashed bach home,
Had a cup of coffee and some scones.
Reached out for a book, reading it page by page,
Declaring it to be a re-make, throwing it in a fit of rage.
What is the problem in me? What can it possibly be??
I shot a glance at my family portrait, is that why I am paying this rate?
Contradictorily coming to a conclusion, it’s simply ME, whom I’ve lost.
And hence a day passed, figuring out a way fast!
Quivering and Trembling in the night,
To get up and see another day’s light.
Yes, I say!~ this is My plight,
My plight and
My plight..
This is the first poem I wrote when I was 12 , thought of sharing my first piece with you all. I hope I'm not too late this time. Have fun, Cheers!

Poem: Un- Break my Heart

A thirsty river but no rain, a dark night with no moon,
Alone is my soul, so is my heart, a lovely reason to moan.
Whispering winds, serene scene and a fine dine,
Everything’s urging you to be mine.
Then why can’t you be the one for me?
My world, through your eyes, I see.
My days are spent thinking about you,
My nights are spent dreaming about you.
I want you to rub this feeling from my heart,
Can’t carry this load anymore in my Tiny Cart.
I find myself drowning in an empty ocean,
It’s dark all around....like there's no sun.
Un- break my heart and say you’ll love me again,
I've tossed in agony, I've suffered a pain.
But love is just another name of sacrifice,
I’ve already built my castle on this edifice.
The world is in a constant flux, it doesn’t wait for anyone,
You and I will do our part, but sometimes I want to run.
They pain will penetrate through my blood like bullets from the pistol,
I’ll become your past and my tear will turn into a non- valuable Crystal.
I was hearing this song "Un-break my heart and say you'll love me again" by Toni Braxton. Hmm..the line was deep and the next moment I found myself writing a whole poem on it. Hope you enjoyed reading it. Have fun, Cheers!

A Divine Gift - My Li'l Sister

My sister holds me tight, My sister kisses me goodnight. My sister knows when I’m mad, My sister helps me when I’m sad. - Carniz Fatima. It was 2:21 in the afternoon on 17Th December, 2001 when; A Little Angel came into my life, fair as Snow - white, with Cinderella - like eyes, miniature size. It was a lazy Monday afternoon, as far as I can remember school was closed that day. My mom was taken to the hospital in the morning. After lunch, I prepared myself for a short daytime - nap, but the serenity of the next hour was something I'd always cherished! My happiness knew no bounds when I got a call from my father. " You've got a little baby sister " said he, with a tinge of excitement and happiness in his voice. I readied myself to go to the hospital. A new life awaits me =) I entered the room, my eyes set at the wonderful sight. " Heaven yes! She's so damn cute " was my first expression when I saw her. I turned to my mom and dad, finding absolutely no words to thank them. No matter, they must have seen it in my eyes already. During her stay in hospital, I made it a point to see her once without bothering about the fact that I'd get late to school. But my teachers never remarked me owing to my outstanding academic records. My sister ' Malita ' (that's what we named her) came home after a week. For the next one year, my house was visited by hundreds of relatives from around the world. Seeing her grow was the best thing that happened to me. " Thee " (simply three) was her first word. Actually, there's a story behind it. I'll share it sometime later! She started crawling when she was 6 months old, spoke at 10 months and was almost ready to take her first step at the completion of one year. Days passed by, days turned into weeks that later transformed into years, she laughed, she cried , she grew! (she even kicked me once..haha) She is now 7 years old, naughty but understanding. Well, she's the reason why I smile, we smile. She has joined my school. It's great to see her dance, sing and master every thing. Her small feet, her tiny fingers, ever - cheerful face, a desire to succeed and turn stones into flowers is all that I have discovered about her till today...The journey continues..... I have loads that I can write about her (even a book..yeah) but the time and space here is limited. I have captured some of our unforgettable memories in my cam and other media. To get more stories and the latest update in my life. Keep checking the blog, Have fun, Cheers!!

Poem: The Night is young, It only has begun!

O’er the shadowy world, the moon casts its eerie glow,
Outside it’s calm and serene but only the sound of the river’s flow.
I ventured out in my night - gown for a mid - night stroll,
‘To find the mysterious darkness’ as my only goal.
“Go Ahead and Have no fear!”,
The wind whispered in my ear.
( Abidingly, I took a step forward in this chilly atmosphere )
I saw a hungry-eyed cat, its agile tail pursuing its prey.
But I set the vanquished free. An Ultimate Victory!
There are hundreds like thee ~ agonized but agitated,
They're depressed, they're miserable, dying in the cold.
The clock struck half past four,
Memories of a sleepless night galore.
A hooting owl and A snake coiling near a bin,
Made me jump out of my skin!!!
Glittering drops fell down on my face,
I ran to seek shelter with an unimaginable pace.
Two fluffy clouds float by,
Spreading brightness and giving way to a clear blue sky.
The mystery of the night is though yet to be fathomed,
Walking past the City, illuminating my way, I just knew what I needed!
This is one of the poems written by me I'd like to share . Hope you enjoyed it=) Have fun, Cheers!

Spring breezes and Blowing bubbles.

"Spring is life. Spring is hope. So is love and happiness". - Archie Greenidge

Spring break is going well so far.I had lots of things that I wanted to accomplish, I did some but didn’t get too much of it. *sigh* Some days I’m so unmotivated. Let’s see….here is what I wanted to do:

• Write a new post.

• Finish the 'About Me' page for this site.

• Read a new book.

• Go for a trek, and

hmm....Pen down some poems. ( it's coming your way soon! )

Not sure what I'm doing for the rest of the week, but I was thinking about joining some classes and hanging around with my sister and friends. I also want to go shopping for clothes. And yeah gotta get some sleep, too.

Ugh! Well, there’s always tomorrow..but a football game or a Horror movie in the middle of the day will put the halts to that, I guess. I’ll be up until midnight tomorrow night doing things cause I always work better under pressure *giggles*

The weather is quite hot. What I like best about Spring is that you can sit in outdoor cafes and drink a cup of coffee or a nice meal. You can go out and jog, or plant some flowers. The brightness is cheery =) Check out the Date and Time App. and the Weather App. I've recently added to my blog. Well...there are many more modifications I'm gonna do here in the coming days. Have fun, Cheers!

LFW Autumn 2009: ‘Barbie’ All Dolled Up

"Every girl at some point of time in her childhood has played with a Barbie doll, and so have I. She makes a sweet, fun and lively companion” admitted Katrina Kaif, who walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week as the new Barbie in a tiered mini with a brocade bodice created by Niksha Lulla to celebrate fifty years of ‘Barbie’. After making statement at New York’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Barbie will now walk the ramp at India’s foremost fashion event LFW in a show called Barbie – All Doll’d Up!. The event will showcase real-size, Barbie-inspired looks put together by renowned fashion designers from across the country including Wendell Rodricks, Neeta Lulla, Shantanu & Nikhil, Vikram Phadnis and others. It was the competition segment where Katrina Kaif walked the ramp as the showstopper wearing the Barbie dress of the winning designer (Niksha Lulla). The fashion show took place on March 27 and the venue (Grand Hyatt, Mumbai) almost resembled Barbie's pretty pink doll house like the one I had when I was 4. The show started off with Walushca Robinson in a pink Vikram Phadnis creation. The best part of the show though was Waluscha’s daughter Chanel (hmm..maybe after SM, we will see more kids walk the ramp, in movies, in music videos etc.) who while wearing a net gown designed by ‘The Shirt Company’ accompanied her mother on the ramp. Awwwww=) (source:lakmefashionweek.co.in) Though the event was not attended by me, I got an insight into it through the pictures circulated and by visiting the official site. Like any other, the show is my hot favourite because the Indian Fashion Industry though on the verge of collapsing as a result of the Global Meltdown smiled through the evening. Supermodel Naomi Campbell came to Mumbai and she was all set to scorch the ramp at the Lakme Fashion Week on March 28. The model was the showstopper for Mai Mumbai, a benefit show that will raise funds for victims of the 26/11 attacks. The serenity and grandeur of the show was something to watch out for. LFW in its "10th year" is slated to have its Grand Finale on March 31st at 9:30 pm with designs by Anamika Khanna. It's always been a pleasure living here. And by the way if you are in your car awaiting the Green signal and a small boy comes up to you offering you a magazine, take his autograph for sure. Coz, you never know he'll be all over the screen tomorrow =) Have fun, cheers!

Earth Hour '09 - An Initiative against Global Warming

I can proudly say that I am one of the 1 billion people involved in EARTH HOUR '09. Earth Hour has been transformed into the world’s first global election, between Earth and Global Warming. For the first time in history, people of all ages, nationalities, race and background have the opportunity to use their light switch as their vote – Switching off your lights is a vote for Earth, or leaving them on is a vote for global warming. Please do switch off your lights between 8:30 to 9:30 pm today! (source: earthhour.org) These initiatives are important in highlighting the global status of our world to its citizens through different forms of media. Certain issues are instrumental in uniting the world together as a large family. Some of them are:

  • Global Warming
  • Food and Agriculture
  • Global financial Crisis
  • World Hunger and Poverty (source: globalissues.org)

I remember doing a project on 'Global Warming' for my environmental studies. We had a break of nearly a month before the final date of submission (I hit the jackpot when I heard that). Again, I searched sites, newspaper and magazine articles and found out that different organizations around the world are engaged in eradicating this issue. Mr. Al Gore also wrote a book "An Inconvenient Truth" which was later made into a documentary based on the same controversy. That's about it and my friends were amused to see my 99 slide presentation.

Hey, this was my scientific outlook. I'm sure as you go on reading me, you might as well get acquainted with my other sides. This was just my second post, and going by the comments, I guess I have come a long way already! So, thank you guys for your precious time =) It was the last week of my exams, (that is the reason for this delay in posting...) but a beautiful vacation lies ahead in time for me. Keep reading, Have fun. Cheers!

Bienvenue sur mon Blog! (French lit. Welcome to my Blog!)

Hey, I'm quite excited about starting my own blog ~ a dream I've been looking forward to since I was 12! (I'm 15 going on 16 ....a very long wait, eh?) Firstly, my priority was to complete my high school education (I really had to put my thinking cap on...) and then I started working towards new ideas and concepts for materializing this small piece of me. Now, it's important for you to know who I am before you read further. Well, just check out my profile and I've filled up all the necessary information I'd like you to know =) C'mon, hit the button! The first query I would like to answer is that "Why have I used the Greek Classical elements as my blog name?". My love for History coupled with reading Dan Brown has doubled my determination to discover golden old eras and their silvern existence. In the last four years, I researched realms of pages on Greek and Roman Mythology. So naturally my inclination was more towards keeping a related name for my blog. The Greek classical elements are:

  • Air ( Latin: Aero)
  • Fire (Latin: Ignis)
  • Earth (Latin: Geo)
  • Water (Latin: Aqua)
  • My URL: aeroignisgeoaqua.blogspot.com

Fact: Plato characterizes the elements as being pre-Socratic in origin from a list created by the Sicilian philosopher Empedocles (ca. 450 BC). Empedocles called these the four "roots". Plato seems to have been the first to use the term "element (stoicheion)" in reference to air, fire, earth, and water. A fifth element known variously as Idea, Void "quintessence" or Aether (the term "quintessence" derives from "quint" meaning "fifth") was added by philosopher Archemides. (source:Wikipedia)

I have given my side of the story but there are many alternatives as everything was passed on from generation to generation through the word of mouth and not given in writing. Anyway, since the name of my blog is quite different from the blog description, you won't find my next post a historical theory. That again is one of my unique form of expression and hence I would like to call myself ~ An erroneous perception of reality i.e. "AN ILLUSION". Drop by next time and I assure you that it will be updated thoroughly. Have fun, Cheers!
